The Balamuri Ganapati Temple is located 10m to the west of the Mookambika Temple, in a side lane, houses a beautiful, white marble idol of Lord Ganesha, set at a higher level so that devotees may easily witness all the pujas. This temple is also known as Beedhi (Street) Ganapati.

Balmuri Ganapati Temple, dedicated to Lord Ganesha, is situated outside the Mookambika Temple. The idol of Lord Ganesha enshrined at this temple, is made of pure marble. This temple is well-known among the locals for the celebrations held in its premises during Ganesh Chaturthi. There is a trunk inside this temple, which is kept to the right side of the idol. However, as per the legendary stories, this tank should be kept on the left side.
